Shipping Policy

New Zealand


Dice Jar Games priority is it's customers. We at Dice Jar Games strive to get orders to you as soon as possible! Mondays and Tuesdays we are not open but we when possible we will pack your order in the evening and get it sent out the following morning. All orders of TCG singles will be sent with overnight shipping at all times to get your order to you as fast as possible with the exception of Rural delivery in which case delivery extends to 2-days. Larger orders such as Pop! Figures or Dungeons and Dragons orders will be sent with standard shipping. 

All orders are tracked to ensure you always receive your order.

Tracking on every order will be sent out as soon as the order is packaged then picked up and scanned by the courier driver. Any inquiries about your order please email: greg@dicejargames.com

Prices:

  • TCG Singles orders: $6
  • Larger orders: $10

 

      All orders will be packaged appropriately so as to protect your items in transit. Orders of TCG singles will be protected in plastic containers/toploaders dependant on order size or in some cases we will reuse open product boxes/cardboard to protect the order.
Orders of TCG Singles are limited to 3 per copy per customer. Any additional orders of TCG Singles of the same type will be refunded and the original order sent as normal.

Orders placed within New Zealand are sent through New Zealand Couriers and will be packaged and sent as soon as possible. All orders should arrive within 1-3 days. Orders of TCG singles will be sent with overnight shipping.

 

In Store Pick Up

All products on Dice Jar Games website is available in store also. To purchase these in store please visit us at:

324 George Street, Level 1, Dunedin, 9016.
Located up the stairs in directly to the left of Savory Japan and to the right of Warhammer.

Any orders made with in store pickup need to be picked up within 4 weeks unless prior arrangement is made with Dice Jar Games.


International

International shipping is not currently available via Dice Jar Games. This is a priority for Dice Jar Games however this will not be pursued until the Covid-19 global situation is a bit more stable and safe to send internationally.

Orders made with an international destination will have differing shipping rates based on the weight of the order. Please pay close attention to the shipping rate at check out before paying for your order.

More information regarding international shipping will be updated at a later date once an agreement has been made with a shipping company. Watch this space!
